Facility Performance Consulting is delighted to share that our Simon Pearce, Digital FM Operations Lead, has recently been successful in gaining his Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) Level 4 Certificate. The IWFM is the pioneering body for workplace and facilities management professionals which provides Simon and our growing FM teams with a wealth of updated industry knowledge and application to supplement his deep experience in the FM field.

We are delighted to support and acknowledge this key achievement that will benefit Simon but also his management and delivery skills across our FM client accounts.

The undertaking of the IWFM Level 4 was a great opportunity to recognise knowledge gained in the workplace. The course also helped me gain greater underpinning knowledge across a broad spectrum of areas. Through classroom-based theory, the knowledge transfer between peers along with the sharing of experiences was invaluable.
