Facility Performance Consulting is delighted to welcome Frank Harding and Stuart Binns to our Building Performance Services division as Commissioning Managers. Stuart and Frank bring in excess of 35 years of combined experience in the Building Services industry to our already solid team. Both bring a strong background in Electrical, mechanical/HVAC, energy efficiency, public health installation & commissioning which they have developed in the construction and handover of world-class facilities in the UK and mainland Europe.
