Facility Performance Consulting colleagues, clients, industry partners and friends are today paying our respects to the first anniversary of the loss of our beloved Gajanan Jadhav. 

Gajanan was much more than a work and industry colleague to FPC and the wider global community in which he served, he was a close friend who stood by strong ethical traits that were very positive and humble in nature. There was no one like him, his character and enthusiasm were infectious and everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him grew close to him.

In honour of Gajanan, FPC is introducing the ‘Gajanan Jadhav Performance Award’ that will be awarded each year to acknowledge outstanding contributions and service by colleagues in our India & APAC, EMEA and Americas regions. This award will be a lasting memory to Gajanan, his family and outstanding contributions to FPC, our clients and the industry. One colleague from each of our regions will receive this coveted award annually for their outstanding service and contributions to FPC, our clients and the industry.

All of our team at FPC would like to thank our colleagues, clients and the wider industry community for all of the support you have given to us in the last 12 months and to the very gratefully received donations that have been collected in a trust that will ensure that Gajanan’s family are secure and that his children are able to access the education and opportunities in life he hoped for.   

Never to be forgotten and always remembered by all of us. RIP Gaja, we miss you, our dear friend and colleague!
