FPC Global is delighted to welcome both James Ramsdale and Minty Sum to the team.

James Ramsdale joins our Global Operations function as our People Project Implementation Lead. James brings a wealth of experience within talent acquisition and system implementation, he has strong experience within the technology industry as well as having excellent leadership qualities.

James said,

I am excited to join FPC Global and am truly grateful for the warm welcome from such a talented team. I look forward to introducing impactful changes to our people function, enhancing how we attract, develop, and support our talent in alignment with our growth plans. It’s clear that FPC is a place where I can grow alongside dedicated colleagues and make meaningful contributions to our projects and company expansion

We are thrilled to welcome James to our team, with his experience in talent and technology, James brings with him excellent people skills and aligns to our values and vision, after working with James for a number of years I am confident that he will bring valuable insights and energy to help us build an even stronger, more connected workforce.

Minty Sum joins our Building Performance Services division as Commissioning Engineer. Minty will bring his new ideas and energy  to our already solid team. Minty, whilst in his final year of his Building Services Apprenticeship bring a his early learning background in Electrical, mechanical/HVAC, energy efficiency, public health installation & commissioning whichFPC will develop with our experienced mentors to ensure he delivers and handovers world-class facilities in the UK and mainland Europe.

Minty said,

I am excited to be a part of so many talented and dedicated individuals, and I'm truly grateful for the warm welcome I have received. It will no doubt be an exciting challenge to balance my studies with this new role, and I look forward to bringing in my skillset and learning along with the rest of the colleagues. Already, it's clear this is a place where I can grow and make a meaningful contribution.

Neil Jeffrey, our Head of Building Performance Services said,

Minty is a great addition to our team and the first Apprentice within FPC’s ever  growing presence in the industry. Minty is showing his passion to learn and gain further experience across the Building Services, commissioning and energy performance sectors.making him a great fit for our team and clients.
