**EXCITING FPC BUSINESS ANNOUNCEMENT**

Facility Performance Consulting is delighted to welcome both Daryn Jenkins and Gareth Davies to the business. Daryn will perform the role of Managing Director, Life Sciences and Gareth will be our Global Operations Director, Life Sciences. 

They both come to us with 30+ years experience each in building very successful Pharmaceuticals sector focused businesses delivering quality integrated services that have been ‘best in class’ to the markets and clients being served. 

Their focus with FPC will be to build out our Life Sciences sector focused Project Execution Consultancy and Sustainability/Energy Conservation Services to the market, as we further diversify and take on new exciting client engagements across the world. 

Our focus will be to engage with Pharmaceutical clients in the early stages of life science related projects and support them to shape and structure projects correctly to meet their stakeholders expectations, whilst maximising the ROI and delivering outstanding finished projects on time and to budget. Complementary to this we will be able to offer clients our suite of Sustainability, Building Performance, Energy and Digital building services that will further add to our value proposition.

Gareth and I have a track record of building technically strong teams who value and compliment each other. Building a high quality team of individuals who are respected in the Life Sciences sector will be an excellent adjunct to the FPC Global business. I’m delighted to join an exciting vibrant business and really fired up to use our experience of capital and real estate projects to support future clients to achieve excellence in their built environments - particularly in Life Sciences where the outcomes are truly life changing.  Our focus will be on best practice and creating truly collaborative and empowered teams and project environments where teams can enjoy working together and individuals can flourish whilst creating excellent outcomes by focusing on what is right, not just what is best.  A UBUNTU approach to projects can offer a sea change in success and Daryn and I are delighted to be able to build another team to provide this service, having learnt many lessons over 35 years in this industry space.

The new Life Sciences division of the FPC Global business will co-exist alongside the FPC Sustainability/Energy Efficiency, FPC Building Performance Services and FPC Digital Building Services divisions to support our clients across a number of sectors. We feel that the regulatory controls which exist within the Life Sciences Sector may offer benefits to clients in other sectors which will make our divisions complimentary at a number of levels. Above all our focus will be to continue to provide a high quality service which speaks for itself in all of the consultancy work the business undertakes.
