FPC is delighted to announce the promotion of Matt Kilka to Lead Maintenance Technician on our Hachette account.

Approaching his fifth anniversary with FPC, Matt originally started as a fabric engineer on the Hachette account but very quickly showed his aptitude to reactive and planned maintenance tasks. In his time with us, Matt has built great relations both with the client team and internally within the FPC team to become a figurehead for our team. 

In the last 12 months, Matt has completed his IOSH Managing Safely, City & Guilds 2365 Level 2 Electrical Installations and BS 7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. He has now also started his City & Guilds 2365 Level 3 Electrical Installations.

We are immensely proud of Matt’s achievements, his drive and dedication which truly makes him a valued member of the FM team.
