FPC has secured a first professional services contract for a confidential client and ‘significant scale’ project in Telangana State, India, the up and coming Silicon Valley of the region. Our very talented team will be  providing comprehensive technical design review services for a new build large scale campus in the fields of integrated building services design, with some particular focus in the areas of access and maintenance protocols and procedures campus wide. This key scope of work will bring focus together from all of FPC’s business line disciplines in the areas of Commissioning, IoT (Digital Building) and Facilities Management (FM) to ensure the client has a ‘first class and high efficiency design that incorporates best in class energy efficiency, performance and access/maintenance procedures and functionality’ to match the outstanding vision for this campus. FPC will be working with client and stakeholder teams to review detailed design and develop key technical documents that will supplement the design and be included in procurement strategy.
