FPC is delighted to welcome Uma, Vasant and Veni to our global Digital Building Services team and Rashmi to our Business Operations team.

Uma Maheswari joins us as a Lead Consultant in our India team where she will be global program lead for the delivery of a global Digital Buildings program across an existing large global real estate portfolio for a highly valued client. Uma has over 16 years experience in the industry and joins FPC from Johnson Controls where she was Solutions Manager and prior to this was Engagement & Delivery Manager for Honeywell. Highly qualified, Uma is both PMP and cGMP certified and has a proven track record of successful delivery of Comprehensive solutions in Global projects including IoT cloud, SaaS & Customer Success

Vasant Venu joins our Americas team as a Digital Buildings Consultant where he will be supporting the delivery of a global Digital Buildings Cybersecurity Program in the Americas region for a highly-valued client. With a successful career spanning more than 10 years delivering Building Automation projects and solutions in NYC, Vasant is a highly experienced consultant and engineer in the design, installation, integration and commissioning of Building Management Systems and building energy optimization and performance.

Veni Are joins us as a Technical Project Coordinator in our Global Deployment Team where she will be supporting the enterprise wide deployment of Digital Building / IoT and office technology solutions in the Americas region for a highly valued client. Having previously worked at Infosys, Telstra and Vee Ventures, Veni brings significant experience in managing product development and deployment projects within agile environments.

Rashmi Shashikiran joins us as a Business Operations Coordinator with 15+ years of experience and will support global business operations and project coordination efforts supporting all business streams across and operating regions.
