As Q1 2023 draws to a close, we are delighted to share that Facility Performance Consulting has reached a key milestone in its growth by reaching and surpassing 50 employees (current FTE headcount is 54) across all of its operating regions. This is a major milestone in the business trajectory that we are celebrating. 

We are celebrating our diversity, culture, and dedication to our profession and the sectors in which we work. We are celebrating our clients who continuously give us the opportunity to collaborate and deliver. And last but not least we are celebrating our people for their outstanding work and commitment to FPC.

More than anything, I am most proud of the extremely talented people and teams we have built at FPC over the years. Our people have allowed the business to prosper and our people will take us forward to achieve many great things in the future as we grow and diversify. The fact that we have surpassed 50 highly talented employees, and furthermore closing in on 60, with diverse skill sets and are currently recruiting for many more positions is a testament to our commitment to the highest quality of services to our industry and our clients.

In essence, we doubled our headcount during the year, made possible by great internal leadership and a loyal client base.
