Facility Performance Consulting has developed and is now implementing an industry-leading Leadership & Management Development Program to all of its employees, and is also offering to external companies that have subscribed to the training plan.

We are looking forward to rolling out our Program not only to our employees but also to companies already subscribed such as Credit Suisse, Cygnet Healthcare, Omni Group, London Stock Exchange, and RSM.

Our Leadership and Management Development Program will help build leadership skills and the capacity to excel, both personally and professionally. Being both engaging and interactive, our modular program will be at the forefront of developing future leaders and talent. Most important will be our commitment to preparing leaders to tackle the challenges they face on a day-to-day basis.
