FPC Completes Project in Paris France

Neil Jeffrey

FPC is delighted to have recently completed Commissioning Authority (CxA) verification on a suite of new offices in Paris for a major client.

The project included the commissioning of networking infrastructure, mechanical services and electrical systems over 6 office floors and basement spaces with a combined area of 20,000 sq. ft.

The close collaboration and knowledge sharing between our Cx & IOT  teams ensured that our clients’ high expectations were met, from initial design through to delivery.

This was a  tremendous effort by the project team and the general contractors which was made possible by a shared commitment to deliver a fantastic space for our client. Many obstacles were overcome to deliver the on site verification process despite the Covid pandemic related restrictions on travel, including technical challenges for remote workers in order to successfully deliver demonstrations via Google Meet Video Conference.

The project is a shining example of how collaborative working and a shared purpose between all members of a project can achieve a high standard of quality and successful project delivery in the face of the global pandemic, shortage of materials, international travel restrictions and personal health restrictions.  We look forward to building upon this success with our valued client and delivery partners in future projects.
