FPC is delighted to have recently completed Commissioning Authority (CxA) verification on a suite of new offices in Aarhus for a major client.   

The project included the commissioning of HVAC, Controls, Lighting / Lighting Control, electrical systems, domestic services and Fire alarm systems over 3 office floors with a combined area of 35,000 sq. ft. The close interdepartmental collaboration and knowledge sharing between our Cx & IOT  teams ensured that our clients’ high expectations were met, from initial design through to delivery.

The journey to completion has been one of early engagement with the General Contractors ensuring the highest Cx service standards and quality were delivered to achieve our client’s expectations. It was fantastic to be part of a team that continually shared ideas, applied good working practices and ultimately achieved all the project deliverables despite all the challenges the global Covid-19 pandemic has created. All validation was undertaken via Google Meet Video Conference for and credit must go to the on site team who catered for this process.

Another great project delivered in conjunction with a wonderful professional team providing yet another shining example of how a collaborative approach and shared purpose between all members of the project team can achieve a high standard of quality and successful project delivery in the face of the global Covid-19 pandemic.
