FPC have recently completed Client-side Strategic Commissioning Services for the ultra exclusive Glebe Development in Chelsea, London, for Orion Capital Managers (based in Luxembourg). The scheme is designed by Formation Architects and comprises seven exclusive apartments and two luxury villas set within the heart of fashionable Chelsea.

This was a 3+ year assignment working exclusively for Orion and Quadrant Estates (Client Rep) as Commissioning (Cx) Acceptance Partner. We provided comprehensive professional services across the design, construction, testing and commissioning and acceptance phases. The design featured a sophisticated central plant serving the whole development with distributed services which are at the heart of the scheme’s design and key to it’s energy efficient operations.
