FPC were selected by Wells Fargo Bank to provide comprehensive Commissioning Services to their new 200,000 sq ft flagship EMEA HeadQuarters in Monument, Central London. This key client side role also included technical, commissioning and performance oversight of the Shell & Core building project delivered by HB Reavis, prior to Wells Fargo building acquisition ahead of the fit-out phase. FPC were a key partner to the bank into the fit-out phase, which consisted of 11 floors (inclusive of data centre and trading floors) with high IT and power resilience to ensure the bank of business continuity. This consisted of extensive resilience testing to prove the systems operations in all modes of failure to meet Wells Fargo requirements. FPC provided extensive Commissioning, Testing and acceptance services on behalf of the bank to ensure the handover delivered a finely tuned building for our client to move 1,200 employees into.
