FPC are delighted to be providing LEED, BREEAM and Enhanced client-side Commissioning and Energy services for Google’s flagship European HQ development at Kings Cross, London.

This prestigious project utilises ‘IoT at the edge’ devices to enhance user-experience as well as provide the latest cutting edge technology to live up to a truly ‘Digital’  Building.

KGX1, also referred to as “The Landscraper” will add to the existing campus portfolio that will create a Google campus with the potential to house in excess of 7,000 Google employees.

FPC is providing comprehensive management and environmental services to Google which will continue until 2023 and beyond when the facility is delivered. Scope includes both Shell and Core/Cat A and Cat B elements. This will be an unrivalled, state of the art, large scale facility when it is complete, fully utilising an embedded Digital Smart Building approach.
