Heron Tower, Salesforce UK Headquarters

FPC has recently completed a further phase of Salesforce tenant fit-out works at the world class Heron Tower, in Central London. Salesforce, the world leading CRM SaaS technology company, is rapidly growing in London, the HQ for EMEA operations. This project consisted of 3 more floors (to add to the 8 previously completed by FPC) of high specification fit-out in the upper floors of Heron Tower with a total of 100k + sq ft across the floors. FPC provided client-side LEED Commissioning services to Salesforce, with specialist areas of the fit-out including IDF Comm rooms, kitchen, cafeteria, private and multiple person conference rooms, large conference rooms, open plan desk and working areas and other specialist areas tailored to client requirements. The major systems consisted of landlord extended HVAC, Ventilation (Supply and Extract), Condenser Water, 2 and 4 pipe FCU’s, automated perimeter blind shading system, intelligent lighting controls system and fire suppression/life safety systems. FPC led a commissioning team consisting of the main contractor, all subcontractor trades, consultants, inclusive of WSP and Arup, to deliver extensive validation services, testing and commissioning verification with resilience and integrated systems testing to assure Saleforce of a first class residence in the tower with outstanding thermal comfort, indoor air quality to promote health and well-being.

The projects have been very successful for Salesforce, considering very tight project timelines, due to the collaborative nature of all stakeholders. The commissioning and performance requirements were taken very seriously by all trades which made for a successful completion of the projects, with all systems performing to a very high standard.
