FPC are proud to announce that we have been awarded a two and half year client side hard services contract with a global tech company based in their flagship HQ currently under construction in the heart of London. Upon completion the HQ will accommodate 5000 staff across 11 levels. The entire site will be just over 1 Million Sq ft and will be a state of the art office space and retail units at street level.

FPC will be overseeing all activities within 36 critical areas which include but are not limited to;

• RAMS review & approval
• Permit to Work inc high risk activities
• Subcontractor Planned Maintenance
• Out of Hours Call Outs
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Checks

At the height of the project, FPC will have 6 full time engineers on site working to ensure all spaces remain in pristine condition to hand back to the client at PC. 

This very prestigious contract compliments our other FM contracts. This will be very much the springboard to help us secure new FM contracts in the near future. Building our client base organically ensures FPC remains sustainable in our procurement of new contracts.
